How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All items are handmade and packed with love! Processing times vary from 1-5 weeks. All items are fulfilled in order of First Ordered, First Processed. 
Once shipped - delivery time and arrival is out of my hands. Tracking numbers are provided. However, estimated times are solely dependent on the postal service + carrier.

Does processing time include delivery time?
No - processing time is the amount of time it may take for your order to be handcrafted and packaged ONLY. Delivery times may vary once shipped.

Do you take custom orders for tumblers/apparel? 
Spontaneous announcements for custom orders are announced on Social Media! There will be allotted times of open availability and moments where custom orders will be closed. Stay updated for custom order availability on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok - and subscribe for SMS/Email notifications!
 
Do you accept returns, exchanges or cancellations?
Due to Covid-19 and sanitary guidelines all items are FINAL SALE. If your item is stolen, lost or has gone missing via transit - I genuinely sympathize with you. Unfortunately, no replacements/refunds can be made. Cancellations are not permitted for pre-order launches or items.
Please purchase with confidence.
 
I have not received my package?
Crypt and Coffins LLC is NOT RESPONSIBLE for your package once the item is shipped. Tracking options are available. I am under no obligations or responsibility once the item(s) have been shipped. 
 
For packages that are lost or stolen during transit, please be sure to contact your local USPS office to file a claim and answer any questions or concerns you  may have. Crypt and Coffins LLC is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages via transit. Your purchase is your written agreement.
 
My item(s) arrived damaged?
Shipping Insurance Protection is available to opt in at checkout for packages that are damaged during transit - if the order is not covered by Shipping Insurance - contact USPS to file a claim + answer any questions you may have.
 
Orders that are covered with Shipping Protection Insurance, and have been damaged during transit - please feel free to File a Package Claim
under the "Quick Links," options on the Home Page or contact via email at cryptandcoffins@gmail.com.

Does Crypt and Coffins ship Internationally?
Yes! However, not worldwide. Reaching for that goal one day! International Countries are responsible for any import duties/fees that may incur with purchases. If you are in a particular country that is unable to order from my shop - please feel free to message cryptandcoffins@gmail.com your country! I'll be sure to add it to the International Shipping list!
